Our Programs:

At Rowland Raiders Youth Football, we offer elite training for athletes aged 7 to 14. Our structured program focuses on developing skills, building confidence, and preparing young players for high school football and beyond.

Age Groups & Divisions:

  • Jr Micro – Introduction to football fundamentals, teamwork, and fun.
  • Micro – Learning game basics, footwork, and coordination.
  • Jr peewee – Refining skills, speed, and positional awareness.
  • Peewee – Advanced training, game strategy, and strength conditioning.
  • Midgets – High school prep: Competitive play, leadership, and mental toughness.

Training & Development:

  •  Skill Development – Mastering football fundamentals and position-specific techniques.
  • Strength & Conditioning – Speed, agility, and endurance training for peak performance.
  • Academic Support – Encouraging players to excel in school as well as on the field.
  • Teamwork & Leadership – Teaching discipline, accountability, and respect.

Rowland Raiders is open to boys and girls aged 7 to 14. We have teams for different age divisions, ensuring every player receives age-appropriate training and development.

No experience needed! Our coaches work with beginners and experienced players, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and confidence-building.

Our season typically runs from July 21st, 2025 to December 2025. Pre-season training and conditioning begin before the season, and games are scheduled weekly.

Practices are held at Rowland High School. Teams usually practice Monday to Thursday per week, focusing on skill development, game strategy, and conditioning.

 Players need:

  • Cleats
  • Mouthguard
  • Practice jersey & shorts
  • Water bottle
  •  Helmets, shoulder pads, and game uniforms may be provided or available for purchase.

The registration fee is $580, which covers uniforms, equipment, league fees, and facilities. Payment plans and sponsorship opportunities may be available.
